Helping families be families with Respite Care

Caring for an elderly loved one can be comforting yet very challenging. Therefore as a caregiver, you use vast amounts of time, strength and energy. You run the risk of burnout and complacency if your physical and emotional reserves are not replenished. This can be detrimental to the care of your loved one. Hence, Respite Care brings temporary relief from the continuing demands of caregiving, allowing you to rest and recharge.

The Respite Care service can be a regularly scheduled service or simply an occasional respite, as the need arises. To this end, our compassionate caregivers will provide worry-free care for your loved one.

With our meal preparation, your loved one will be able to eat the foods that they like, prepared the way that they want.

Furthermore, for your peace of mind, we provide transportation to appointments such as to doctors, banks, notaries. This means that you do not have to worry about how your loved gets to get there when you are not able.

You choose the when and for how long you need our services, to suit your needs. In addition, you can rest assured that we will be there for you when you need us.

Our home support services are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Furthermore, we provide services as needed in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.

The Helpers Care Family Room provides access and visibility into your loved one’s care via the internet. It is included with all our services at no extra cost.
